I ordered size 38 and it's at least a 36... I've requested a refund, but they say I don't have enough proof. I sent the photo with another shoe size 38 and the difference is obvious. Another photo with the foot trying to get into the shoe, which also doesn't fit and they continue to say they don't see evidence of the size. Scam. They sell at European prices, send you any rubbish, and on top of that, they keep your money.. It's normal that China is growing, selling junk and with no options to complain. Furthermore, it is complete and absolutely impossible to speak with anyone from customer service. Only robots answer you and there is no email address to complain to.. Don't buy anything on this app.

Runs terribly small. A few years ago I bought exactly the same ones and also size 37, even though I wear 36. It's impossible to wear them, they are very small even for my small size 36 foot.

For a 41 foot, I ordered a 43, it's fine, a little loose in the toe, but that's even good

Size 40 is small, I wear 39, I will gift them, the sneakers themselves are amazing
