I immediately contacted customer service, attaching photographs of the problem, but I was told that it is not a defect but a "product feature" and is not considered a non-conformity of use.. On the website, the regulation clearly states that if it is a product defect, the return also covers shipping costs. This was not granted to me. Subsequently, I was told to contact the seller directly and, if I wanted to return the item, I would have to pay the shipping costs to China personally. Essentially, I would have paid more for shipping than for the cost of the product itself.. I have been given the contacts of the manufacturer located in China: how should I have spoken on the phone? In Chinese? Terrible, terrible. I expected the platform to handle the case and offer a concrete solution, but instead I felt completely abandoned. Customer service that does not protect the consumer in the presence of a disputed product is extremely disappointing..
