Although the products were as desired, the delivery time went far beyond the estimate. The customer support has no information to put a person at ease, quite the contrary. I ordered almost 20 days in advance and it did not arrive on the predicted date. I do not recommend. My daughter could not receive one of the gifts she was so looking forward to for her birthday on her day. Shameful. I placed an order with a competitor on the same date and the order arrived over a week ago, also coming from China. I will not order from joom again.
