The mop arrived in good condition but I couldn't use it, I probably need to get used to it. I have narrow windows on my balcony, but even though the mop rotates all over, I still couldn't do it, I had to wash the windows the old-fashioned way.

I haven't used it yet, but I assembled it easily without instructions. Thank you, it's well made, strong and convenient.

Everything is intact, assembled as in the photo. I haven't tried it in action, but I think it will come in handy. The fasteners are strong.

Looks sturdy are there also spare cloths available to order?
