Blackview BV6200 Pro ​Dear Customer Service Team ​I am writing to report a serious technical issue with a Blackview BV6200 Pro that I recently purchased from you. ​The Problem: Since the moment I unboxed the device, it has been unable to stay powered on. Every time I turn it on, it shuts down automatically within seconds before I can even complete the setup or use any apps. It seems to be stuck in a "Boot Loop." ​I have already tried the following without success: ​Charging the phone for several hours using the original charger. ​Attempting a hard reset. ​Since the phone is brand new and arrived with this factory defect, I would like to request a full refund or a replacement with a working unit as per the warranty terms. ​Please let me know the steps I need to take to return the defective device.
