Bucket Cup Celadon Porcelain Tea Bowl

Instead of a cup, shards arrived, so disappointing! Why do you send something so fragile so carelessly and negligently? It's porcelain - how can it not be packaged properly? We wanted tea for two, but the result is only tears - and where can I get a pair now? I can't attach a photo - I press on photo + - useless... it worked, and the money is gone! No email, not leaving yet.

I ordered several small cups for green tea, they can also be used as sauce dishes and for nuts. I use them with pleasure.
