FIIO KA17 from Authorized Japanese Includes Serial Portable USB DAC [Ships Retailer, Number] Black/Blue FIO-KA17-B FIO-KA17-L (Blue)

Enjoy high-resolution audio playback anywhere, anytime with your smartphone or tablet: The KA17 was developed as a simple, high-quality solution for high-resolution data and streaming playback, a feature that is difficult to achieve with Bluetooth devices like smartphones, tablets, and PCs. While bus-powered, it supports resolutions up to 768kHz/32-bit PCM and 1-bit DSD512, and is equipped with both a 3.5mm stereo headphone jack and a 4.4mm balanced output. The XMOS XU316 receiver chip supports MQA hardware decoding, and a separate USB port provides stable, high-output power in desktop mode, delivering up to 650mW + 650mW. All you need is the KA17, your smartphone or PC, and earphones or headphones for a truly unparalleled listening experience. Equipped with two low-power, high-performance ESS DAC chips, the "ES9069Q": The KA17 is equipped with two new ESS flagship 2-channel DAC chips, the ES9069Q. The fourth-generation 32-bit "HyperStream" architecture delivers even higher performance and lower power consumption. Digital noise is reduced compared to the previous generation, enabling more faithful reproduction of audio sources with higher sound quality. Desktop mode delivers a class-leading 650mW output: The AAA-78+ stick-type DAC amplifier features a desktop mode that delivers a class-leading 650mW + 650mW output, allowing it to powerfully drive high-impedance headphones for desktop use. The four operational amplifiers in the THX AAA-78+ headphone amplifier deliver top-of-the-line output power, delivering dynamic and detailed sound reproduction. Independent USB Type-C Power Supply for Stable, Power-Saving, High-Output Playback: The KA17 is equipped with two USB Type-C ports. In addition to the USB ports for data communication and power supply with playback devices such as smartphones, tablets, and PCs, the orange USB port on the side provides power supply for higher power output. By connecting an external power source to this USB port, you can reduce power consumption on playback devices such as smartphones. High performance achieved through precise power supply circuit design: The KA17's internal electrical design has been meticulously engineered for each circuit block to achieve an optimized power supply circuit. The power supply is split into 10 systems across three stages: the main power line, the DA conversion line, and the digital processing line, ensuring optimal performance from your equipment. High-quality sound design with a board configuration that completely separates the analog and digital circuits: The board configuration physically separates the digital processing circuit and the analog circuit, and each is covered with an electromagnetic shield to eliminate mutual interference, achieving audio signal processing with higher precision. Tune to your preferred sound quality with PEQ adjustment via the FIIO Control app: FIIO engineers developed a precisely adjustable PEQ* function using the XMOS XU316 chip. FIIO's proprietary PEQ algorithm and interface allow you to fine-tune gain and bandwidth with 10 advanced, customizable frequency points to fine-tune your sound to your liking. *PEQ adjustments are supported for PCM formats up to 192kHz/24bit. *PEQ is not currently supported in UAC1.0 mode. High-speed USB interface chip "XU316" supports various audio sources: The XU316 is a high-speed USB interface chip with 16 cores. Furthermore, dual audio crystal oscillators deliver high computing power, ensuring low latency and stable transmission. The XU316 offers excellent compatibility and supports a wide range of audio sources and sampling rates. Multi-protection system for a safe listening environment: Thermal and DC output protection protects the device and connected audio devices from irregular faults. An output limit setting is also available to prevent damage to your hearing caused by excessive volume output, allowing you to enjoy everyday listening with peace of mind. 0.91-inch dot matrix display allows for a variety of status information to be displayed: Equipped with a 0.91-inch dot matrix display, it displays a variety of device information. In combination with the hardware buttons, various adjustments and operations are possible. A design that has been carefully thought out for ease of use has been created to provide a more comfortable experience. Ultra-compact and lightweight, yet with a high output of 650mW, comparable to a desktop amplifier, this is the flagship model of the "KA Series" USB DAC amplifiers.
