The product was supposed to be used to repair another clock that no longer worked. Just to find out this does not work either. I have tried many batteries, even bought a fresh new pack of alkaline batteries, but the clock does nothing. And now I do not see any button to contact customer services, the FAQ mentions some button I should press to contact the team after selecting the product but there is no such button.
