Instead, you only sent me two adhesive stickers of the BMW brand. This is not acceptable and in no way corresponds to my order.. I hereby demand that you immediately send me the item I ordered or fully refund the amount paid. If this problem is not resolved promptly, I will hand the matter over to my lawyer without further notice and initiate legal proceedings.
