Aluminum Radiator Screen
The radiator mat is made of foamed polyethylene and laminated with aluminum foil. It is used as a screen reflecting approximately 90% of thermal radiation emitted by the radiator towards the wall.
Mats laminated with PE foil are also used in construction for thermal insulation of roofs and walls. They are also recommended for use under underfloor heating systems, to insulate ventilation and air conditioning ducts, and heating devices under underfloor heating to increase its efficiency.
By using radiator screens, we reduce heat losses , which translates into more measurable room heating effects.
