The hook is quite functional. The metal is strong, I'm already using one. I ordered 2 pcs, but one arrived with a defect, one hook was broken off. The customer support refunded the cost of the defective item.
I'm already buying the 5th one, hung them in the kitchen and bathroom under the cabinets, very convenient. Recommend!
The package was delivered on time, convenient pickup point. Satisfied with the product
