Ottai Continuous Glucose Monitoring System (4 Sensors)

The new order of Ottai cgm’ delivered in very protected thick boxes & iside senor instructions now printed on outside boxes. Unpacking sensor from sealed foil packet i noticed the new cgm has made more quality looking with its securing labels a nice touch, on cleaning arm with alcohol wipe i unlocked new sensor & flicked off to activator cap-great, next applied sensor casing to skin on arm little pressure & pushed activation button on top. All good on dried skin filament inserted & i hold againgst insertion site a minute before removing the activator to ensure cgm stuck to arm. Next the wonderful Ottai overpatch with fitted plastic cgm guard preveventing any night pressures etc perfect but Ottai should not these overpatches do not stick good to skin & i have to use large clear plastic plaster but cut out space to not block the cgm. All fine next follow app instructions and half hour warm up, the Ottai cgm runs great, blood sugar readings for first few hours tend to run 1mml Low but soon read very accurate at 0.1mml differance to finger blood readings. So easy to use and the Ai function superb in guidance or deep information. I change this sensor in three days & will try my next Ottai cgm on belly two inches from belly button-it was always my preffered site to wear hidden but perfectly comfortable.

Fantastic cgm sensors, very well manufactured, so easy & painless to install on arm, half a hour warm up time, small to wear withgreat overpatch with no knock off patch guard wonderful app with Ai to assist you in health matters or general diet meals questions, manually enter your tablet meds or injections of glp-1 or insulins, meals, A1/c, etc or talk to Ai he will enter things and assist you in working out blood sugar readings etc. the cgm gives great readings between 1 &.5 compared with finger blood testing. I find depending actual instal place on arm it can take a few hours up to 24hrs sometimes before reDing settle down. I can be better then the sibio gs3 which is more expensive. Im sticking with Ottai in future & joom are excellent sellers but the prices can be fairly high with offers sometimes.

First day of use in UK & installation so easy & quick, half hour warm up, no pain needle applying, updated app, firm application stick & safeguard knocking off cgm overpatch, very good alerts, Ai in use works great, manual logs good, sets blood glucose without extra calibration just 1 mml lower then actual blood finger test, I personall love this cgm for itself and amazing software, i rate it better then sibio gs3 which recently been using, its not to cheap but i would buy in say ten bulk if discounted so very impressed.
