Unfortunately, my experience with this platform was a very unpleasant one.. The product received did not conform to the description. I ordered a specific model, but I received a product of a different color than the one selected.. Moreover, I purchased the product along with a microSD card, which was supposed to be included in the package, but it was missing. Everything was filmed, documented, all videos and photos were sent.. I immediately reported the problem to the Joom support team, but my objections were completely ignored. Instead of being offered a concrete solution (replacement, refund, or clarification), I was met with unfounded accusations, claiming that I was writing from another profile, which is completely untrue.. I consider that the way the situation was handled by the Support Service, particularly by consultant Anton, lacked professionalism and customer focus.. I recommend future buyers to be careful and to check the received orders very carefully. I hope this review will encourage the platform to handle customer complaints more responsibly. Needs payment for cloud storage. Works only with their app. The battery is so bad, and it’s charging way too long. Asks to be charged very loudly at random times and wakes up the whole house. After a year it stopped working.
The battery no longer charges, it only worked for 3 months. Also, when someone is at the door, it doesn't even record. The worst product. Do not buy it, it's crap
The camera fulfills its role. But beware, it works with a paid subscription. Without it, it only serves as a peephole. The subscription is not expensive, so it's not a problem.
