Variable ND Initial is a variable ND filter that allows you to adjust the amount of light attenuation by rotating the front frame. One sheet covers the density equivalent to ND3 to ND450*. This filter is essential for preventing overexposure when shooting single-lens video, and can also be used for slow-shutter shooting of still images. *When used at a focal length of 70mm or more, it can be used up to the equivalent of ND450. When the density is brought close to the maximum, X-shaped unevenness may occur in the image. The shorter the focal length of the lens used, the more likely this phenomenon will occur.
