Tyvärr var dragkedjan var trasig när väskan kom. Annars fin produkt. Hittar inte hur jag kontaktar kundtjänst för retur?

Jag blev förvånad över kvalitén! Inte alls plastig som jag var orolig för. Rekommenderas!

Fattas en stoppgrej när man ska dra ihop ryggsäcken. Hur ska detta åtgärdas?
