The product I received did not satisfy me, when installing the pulley the cables did not want to hold on the grooves. I noticed that they were not deep enough to hold them in place, after several attempts I gave up. So I bought a pre-assembled Hyundai Tucson window regulator. First photo It is not the same price but at least we avoid the nervous breakdown. Out of curiosity I rechecked the pulley I received with the original pulley it is not at all the same no wonder I had trouble installing it.

After not receiving the first order, due to it being lost in transit, they sent me one at no cost, it arrived perfectly, and the customer service couldn't have been better…despite the delay, it's a reliable place where I will definitely buy again.

I placed the order for a left front window regulator repair kit. The pulley is correct, the cables too, but the slider is for the right door.. I can't find in the app how to manage this error

JOOM customer service perfect and available. Package arrived with slightly damaged packaging but without compromising the contents. Compatibility to be assessed once the window has been removed.
