The Rider version, which is loved all over the world and can be considered the standard for tarot cards, was released in 1909.
This is a reproduction of the original tarot cards, faithfully recreating the look of the cards when they were produced in 1909. It is a standalone version of the tarot cards included in the Pamela Coleman Smith Commemorative Set, which was produced in 2009 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Rider Tarot.
While the currently published Rider Tarot deck is vibrantly colored, this reprint features a muted, subdued color palette, creating a truly atmospheric finish! In addition to the standard 78 tarot cards, this set also includes four cards with Pamela Coleman Smith illustrations, one card with an explanation of the illustrations, and one title card, for a total of 84 cards.
This is a recommended item for both collection and actual use!
