Product Introduction
This is a 1/24 scale plastic assembly kit of the Land Rover's British military specification.
It recreates the pickup truck with a 109-inch long wheelbase.
The finished length is approximately 185mm.
The distinctive Land Rover styling, including its linear body lines, front grille design, and hood-mounted spare tire, is accurately recreated.
The canvas-type roof and cargo area are realistically reproduced, along with the texture.
The underside of the vehicle also boasts ample detailing.
While the engine is not reproduced, the chassis, featuring separate parts for the front and rear axles, gearbox underside, and exhaust pipes attached to the ladder frame, conveys the driving performance inherent to four-wheel drive.
The markings are based on those used by the British Army.
Decals are included for the vehicle that participated in peacekeeping operations in Bosnia in 1993 and the 1984 field ambulance version.
