In case customer complaint about the product they arrange refund but the customer have to spend courier charge to return . It is depends on weight and customer doesn't get any consection like they get. It is huge amount so normally you won't send it back then merchant gets double profit with the help of Joom . In case you returned the its then also you will loose money because Joom doesn't refund the tax amount you paid and courier charge of returned item. Finally the merchant and Joom who cheated the customer does not loose any thing .SO PLEASE be careful .
