The product was as expected and in good condition, what I do not understand is that I have ordered a few different items on same day and made a single transaction yet the parcel is in individual items, so Have to pay customs on each parcel, if all the goods were in one parcel it would save money, I also still awaiting balance of order to arrive as parcels are so small I am sure it could easily be lost by postal service in South Africa I am not so sure I would use Joom again

This product is plastic, small, like a toy. I thought it was of steel or iron made. I'm 41, don't have children and didn't play much while I was little. I don't know what to do with that other than playing like a child. So, if anyone out there after this review can tell me what it is for? I may be able to use them.

The product was as described and got here fast my problem is the company kept pushing the other delivery dates of several months after promising to be here within 3 weeks will not do business with them again

Phoenix is the seller. I haven't used them yet and they came with no instructions but doesn't seem hard to figure out. The were promise by Nov. 18th and came in Sept. 24th, 2018. Thank you Phoenix and Joom!
