Came in a very broken box I'll be lucky if it works I would like a refund please!

It looks very nice, but I am not able to leave an opinion about the product because it is damaged and does not work, probably the reason is wrong shipping protection
It works but it is too small, it hardly heats even small areas of the terrarium. Recommended for very very small spaces.
