I received my Aromatherapy yesterday. When I opened it box was broken .Looks like someone had jumped on it . When I took it out and plugged it in it makes such a noise that's if it doesn't stop . I can not use it as it is not safe I got it for my bedroom but it would keep anyone awake. Not sure who to get in touch with hope you can help me

hi not very happy at all product was not very well protected box came ripped to shreds. allough the item remaind intact I was not happy that the time settings on the body was worn and rubbed of so you can't see the time settings not happy at all kind regards from Mr Norris not happy at all most disatisfied.
