The router is good, but the cutter is stuck and I can’t do anything about it. I think it needs to be untwisted and pulled out.

There is not much vibration. email The motor does not heat up during prolonged operation. The power cable is short.

It's great for beginners, like me. It's not very powerful but that helps make sure I don't file my fingers off while getting the hang of it. If you already know how to use e-files or needs one professionally, this is not it. I'm using it at home to practice after completing my Nail Tech course. I doubt it will be strong enough for acrylic (I'm using it on polygel), maybe buffing. EDIT: It's actually more powerful than I initially thought but the bits are not very good. I'll invest in better ones.

Very poor quality, I didn’t expect something like this rubbish, seriously is the first time I ever had a product like this horrible e-fail, never again very disappointed. I can even used neither for a toy .

This product is a five except for the unique easily detachable cord you must have to use it. If not rechargeable why make it with a uniqùe plug that easily detavhes!!??!!

Very bad quality product. Bit falls out all the time. Bits themselves are of poor quality too, no chance that you can remove nail polish with this machine.
