I waited a long time for this product but this time it turned out to be twice as lucky. Completely different than before, your product was badly packaged and this resulted in its damage. The handle and the closing handle are damaged. It is quite likely that the product was thrown and at some point the plastic holding the closure handle broke, the handle opened, damaged the packaging and then fell out of the torn pouch. I received the order but it does not correspond to the photos. They sent me the wrong product. I was supposed to have sent what you see in photo 2 but instead they sent me what I show in photo 1. But Joom customer service solved the problem for me in a few minutes.

The parcel sent on December 18, I received it in less than 5 weeks. The consignment was well packed and protected against damage. The handle is carefully and solidly made, I hope it will work. Best wishes

It holds tight, but I don't know how sturdy it is. I haven't tried it with anything heavier yet. It's handy in the kitchen though, especially for pots without handles. Thanks Joom and thanks to the seller.
