It was packed folded to save space. The kink is ugly. In terms of quality, you can also use normal freezer bags with a zip closure. It's tight. I have yet to test how long it lasts. But I wouldn't transport liquids in it. At least not in a bag to work. It is perfectly adequate for muesli or snacks. And looks nicer than normal freezer bags.

I even received an interesting pocket with a string for storing spices - cool, I recommend it.
