Good day. Today, May 6, 2024, I picked up the package LF2284281730E at the parcel center.. This shipment LF2284281730E contained my orders: E94M7D3Y 2pcs for 118,- CZK QpQE4MYN 2pcs for 90,-CZK 4NJP9X4M 2pcs for 248,-CZK. In order 4NJP9X4M, one component is damaged (cracked) in one piece.. I am sending a photo in the attachment.. Please let me know how to proceed with this complaint. I would need a new part for this part.. The parcel was delivered in a soft plastic bag..
