I request a refund please I thought it was white whereas it is off-white

I don't know what to say, I hooked it up, but I couldn't put the cover on, so I had to take it off to put on the cover first, and then these straps and as a result, 1 immediately shook (God, my heart almost stopped ... I thought it was shaking the glass on the phone itself)...the glass from the lenses on the phone remained in the photo and it is not so easy to detach it.... The cool thing is that if you take a cover with a curtain, it closes... but is a curtain needed when there are lenses... Well, I have one cover with a curtain, so that's it for now 🤷🏼♀️ In general, very nice 😍 but the quality is disposable... The money was returned ❤️
