Push up cups. There is so much of it that there is no room left for the chest, and from this balconette it simply falls out through the top. Plus, the inconvenience of the model is that it is designed for a small chest. On a 44C girth, everything is going right into a pile in front. Forget about tilt and active movement in space. The chest will try to fall out of this makeshift perch. For owners of sizes A or B, it will create the illusion of a full chest. I recommend to others to look for models without such an amount of foam.

Everything is great. It wears great. After washing, nothing fell out anywhere and it doesn't prick. I washed it in a regular washing machine and even without any laundry bags.
