I'm in shock... the cry of my soul... at first the parcel took a long time... the first film arrived quickly and everything was intact, but narrow in width, so I ordered another one.. Apparently, when they put everything together in a branded package, this film was bent in half!!!!! It arrived crumpled (photo 1) and a completely different picture (photo 2)!!! I am in despair, what to do with the window now? I read a lot of reviews that what was sent was not what was ordered, and this happened to me as well... I'm disappointed!!!! In six months of using Jum, this is the second time such a bummer!!! We need to return the money and think about using Jum in the future!!!

The sticker is very thin and it is noticeable that it was already bent during packaging - inside the package, as well as during transportation. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to even out such defects without damaging the film and pattern.. For the first time from Joom, a product was delivered in such a terrible condition - usually the goods are packed neatly.

The film for shipping was rolled onto foam rollers and packed in a large black bag (photo 2). Arrived without damage. Everything looks OK.

I already had these stickers in my kitchen and I'm happy with them. I just love these stickers. Easy to stick on and look nice.
