We liked it: it seems to be of high quality and very practical. It's for my son since he spends a lot of time on the computer and his neck gets very loaded, often causing stiff neck and pain, he's tried it for a while and he seems to like it, just a little for a while but in massage mode it overwhelms him while he is working on the computer, he prefers to have it turned off since it makes his neck in good posture and when he finishes his task it puts him in massage mode

The order arrived much later than the initial delivery date. I don't think it's fair to initially display a delivery date and then change it and justify that it's a period with many orders.! The product was a Christmas present, that's why I bought it because it arrived in time. I think it was the last command on Joom.
