Microphone only picks up my voice when I speak louder, otherwise nothing comes out of the amplifier. Also sometimes words or whole sentences do not come through and the amplifier remains silent. In addition, the protector that sits against my head is completely loose and keeps falling off.

After a full charge, the day after I received the product, it doesn't work, or works intermittently and doesn't amplify me. I am a teacher and have been working with a microphone for years and have never used such a useless device. I request to receive a full refund and return the product as soon as possible.
