Thin cape, but cute. Probably more like wind protection. I don’t know how to keep the rain, because the season of light raincoats is already over. I specifically took a larger size, so that with large breasts it would be free and not tight.

The raincoat is super, it doesn't get wet. It folds into a bag, it takes up little space. It's a good replacement for an umbrella. Actual measurements: front length 104 cm, back length 109 cm, from 120, about 126, shoulders 44 cm, sleeve length 60. The sewing is high-quality. I recommend buying it.
