Package was ripped open, defective. The stag had an antler broken off and an additional branch damaged. I was able to repair it with hot glue but the break point is visible. Too bad.
Hello. I ordered only 2 reindeer and both are defective. Why do you do that? And how should I rate you? The reindeer's coat is unglued on the legs and on the belly, and there is not enough material to glue it back.
The item arrived damaged, it was poorly packaged. The reindeer's antlers are broken!!!! Such things need to be packaged in boxes!!! It's a real shame! The reindeer itself is very beautiful!
