The item arrived almost 3 weeks after ordering; the quality is very poor and looks nothing like the images advertising it. I thought it was very overpriced for the quality. I tried to get in touch to return the item and get a full refund and I was told I would have to pay for the return postage, which I was happy to do, but then they never sent me the actual details or address telling me where to return the bag. I got in touch three times with the same result, and received a reply in Russian (which I don't speak) three times. One of the emails said there was a problem with my email address, so I provided another email address to receive the details of how and where to return the item. It has now been almost 2 weeks since I received it and I still don't know where to return it. This was my very first purchase from Joom and it will certainly be my last. I often purchase from China-based companies and have always had a very good experience with them, but this time, I am genuinely as surprised as I am disappointed by the poor customer service. Purchase at your own risk, but really £45 is overpriced for such a poor quality item.

I ordered a different model. This one is smaller and doesn't have a built-in lock. This is very important to me. Please replace it.

Looks good. I haven't found any defects at the moment. We'll see how it holds up. I couldn't find the lock and I think the rain cover is as shown in the picture

This is very comfortable and original, not like the ones you order from the internet in Chisinau and they arrive as if from the central market. Very good and durable.

It is as in the photo / description but it does not have the certificate of conformity regarding the 5-year warranty. Why?

The padlock, rain cover and small box in the photo are missing from the delivery.
