1 Roll Super Strong Sticky Waterproof Adhesive Double Sided PE Foam Tape

This is self-amalgamating tape so it will bond together when wrapped around something. It's not heavy duty so use it on lighter wires or cables to make the joint or seal waterproof. Has other uses too. I just used it to fix the leg on my old glasses which I wear when I'm doing DIY stuff. Happy with this.

This tape is only HALF as wide as we are meant to believe. I haven't tested it yet, so rating may go up or down. After using it for a wall hanging it seems to be working okay.

The width of tape is 1 cm. Its quite adhesive on both sides so I wasn't able to test it's magnetic abilities.
