It's such a shame, the shoes only lasted for 2 seasons in the fall and now spring has come and I noticed that the heels have worn out, they are hollow, i.e. the heel is empty, there are holes in the heels. It's a shame! The shoes are disposable. I took 38 for 37, they fit perfectly, the shoes are soft, pleasant, very comfortable. BUT NOT PRACTICAL! IT'S A PITY!
