I took S. Not big, for a couple of lunch boxes. A thermos for one and a half cups will stick out a little. But the bag is well sewn, has a thermal layer in the middle.

Durable. Roomy. Zipper, curler just fell out when used, zipper is not fixed, just cut off, not processed.
