I put the tea leaves and my favorite additives into a baggie: in summer, fresh mint, lemon balm, and melissa from the garden, and ground turmeric and ginger. I tie it tightly in 2 knots. One baggie is enough for 2 cups. I brew it in 1 cup. When the color is right, I transfer the baggie to the 2nd cup with boiling water.
