The watch is not working. It only shows the time and date. The hands indicating the month, day of the week, moon and sun are not in place. It looks absolutely new, so I don't think it's necessary to post photos and videos. The return service doesn't work.

I received the watch, it was already connected, only the chronograph and minute hands work, the other dials except the date do not work, there are no instructions. I am not satisfied.
