I am outraged! This is my 17th order from Joom, including about fifteen from this reseller, this is the first time I've had a problem AND it's not going well! Obviously ! The package was also damaged on one side. ! Already, the book arrives damaged in its package! One side is damaged ! Second point, the photocard set and the pet bookmark were missing from the shipment! Knowing that I bought the English version ONLY for that because I already had the French version ! I contact customer service and what am I entitled to as compensation?? 10% off with a coupon! That's 6 balls on a product with 70 balls! It's really profitable your story tell! Do you find that normal ?? I don't find it normal to be sanctioned for a problem that is in no way my fault!

There is only the English version and the Korean version. !! So I took the Korean version and you saw the joy I had when I saw that I had photocards!!! really I totally recommend you!! Really 🌸

The book arrived without any case, I understand it was opened, there was no film on it, the included cards were missing. Very disappointing. Very, very disappointing and painful. The money paid was not small.
