I'm short, but this skirt is just the right length for me, down to the ankle, no need to hem it. It fits well at the waist. The only "surprise" was the slit at the front hem, I don't really like it. I didn't see it in the photo. 🙂

A pretty skirt- bright, dressy. For my hips 102 cm, size M fit perfectly.
