I am very satisfied with my device I tried it on several windows it's true that you may need to clean the windows beforehand or at least simply run it over them without product and then do it with vinegar it works well with vinegar it works well my windows are new so there's not much need but it's very useful thank you

LIE!!! 4 months of email correspondence because the device is defective and no solution is forthcoming. I'm repeatedly asked to send videos and photos of the instructions and to wait. I would never order from here again; you won't find such bad service anywhere.

Unfortunately, the support still does not answer, the device is defective. Buying something here means no guarantee, no support, as soon as the item is defective you can throw it away.
