Good afternoon. I am sending a photo of a wallet I received today. It does not correspond to my order number 383NXWQJ. I ordered the color PURPLE and they sent GREY (see photo). It is not Samsung. It is a cheap imitation Made in China. I have a wallet like this in black that I bought at an official Samsung store and I know its functionality well. The wallet I received does not automatically display the clock and the item 'COVER SCREEN' is not displayed in the phone's SETTINGS menu. Therefore, it cannot be configured. I request a refund for the amount I paid for an item that has nothing to do with the order. And, please, do not ask any more questions as you know perfectly well that you sold me a counterfeit product. Also, do not ask for the return as I will not do that. It would be allowing Joom to deceive another customer. I will wait 1 week for you to refund me. Make the refund and forget that all this happened. If you do not, it will be Joom's fault and it will go badly, very badly indeed.
