ROMAN GALBA LETTUCE 1g - Vegan A variety of romaine lettuce; early with a vegetation period of 55 days (from sowing seeds). Recommended for spring and autumn cultivation in the ground. Resistant to most breeds of powdery mildew (Bi 1-19EU, 21-31EU). It forms elongated, gathered leaves and a tight green rosette. For spring cultivation, we recommend growing from seedlings; the seeds are sown from the beginning of March to April in a seedbed. In autumn cultivation, sowing directly into the ground, seeds are sown from July to August at a spacing of 30-40 × 20-30 cm, the seeds are sown to a depth of about 0.5 cm. The spring harvest begins at the beginning of May and, depending on the sowing date, may last until June, while the autumn harvest lasts from mid-August to mid-October.
