Poor quality, defective

There were three battery boxes in the package, 15 lotus flowers of different colors, and no cord. Please tell me how to assemble the garland so that it works. I am interested in when there will be a response to my review of this product.

It's completely unclear how to turn on and connect, only the flowers and half of the boxes arrived, there are no wires at all and how to connect them is interesting? Therefore, there will be only one star, sorry.

The order arrived in 1.5 months, the garland is nice, festive, only needs two AA batteries, not included.
