I really like shoes.

Does not match the size chart! I ordered everything based on foot length. With the extra insole, it's more or less okay. But that's because you can tighten them with the laces. Visually, it's clear they'd be better a size smaller or at least half a size. It's unclear what to do with them. I still have to pay for the return. I haven't been to the pickup point, but I wouldn't be surprised if the return cost is more than the shoes themselves!
