I am really disappointed by this failure. I received it with impacts on the glass and it is surrounded by a metal circle with which I risk cutting myself. I don't use it, I put it away in a cupboard for fear that my children might take it and cut themselves too.. I would really like Joom for you to refund me for this magnifying glass, which is useless to me.
