The measurements of the item did not correspond to those I requested. I sent various photos with a tape measure showing how there was a 10 cm difference between one product and another, but the platform continued to repeat that the products were the same. I wrote that if the product had been compliant I would have kept it, since I needed it. In the end they told me that if I want to make the return I have to pay for it. It is the first and last time I use this platform. They are scammers
