Suspecting nothing, I took it for shopping in the store. I put the purchased products in the bag. There was no overload, but the wheels treacherously bent inwards, and they didn't want to roll. I had to carry it on my shoulder. At home, after unloading the products, I saw that the cardboard bottom was broken in the middle. In short, it's not a bag on wheels, but a complete sham. I am disappointed with the purchase.
The bag arrived damaged. Burned through (in several places). The packaging is not damaged. They put in a damaged item with a terrible smell. I request a full refund for the item and for it to be picked up.
The bottom of the bag sags, so the wheels spread apart even under a light load. I glued an additional bottom made of hardboard. Now there are no problems.
The wheels are very small and rattle terribly like a bearing scooter, there is no stability
