The LEDs are fine. The timer setting is neat. The description is misleading: the 1-3m detection range of the sensor works only in almost complete darkness, so if you need it for cases where you need additional light, the sensor won't detect anything unless you cover it completely.

Not so warm light as on the picture... And motion sensor also works well-lighted room. But it works when there's motion.
